Our Products and Services
ONLINE ORDERS: Our blood tests, DNA tests and Home Drug Tests are all available for online purchase. The Medical Panels and Individual Blood tests are available in our Jackson office and at any Quest Diagnostics Lab service center. You may CONTACT US with your location and desired blood test(s) and we will email the Patient Service Center nearby. If the location is satisfactory simply complete the order form in the online store and we will email the requisition for you to present at the service center.
If you are ordering from our Home Drug Screening Tests, simply complete the online form and the kit will be mailed.
For our DNA Tests (paternity testing) we have access to a large network of collection sites. CONTACT US or call us at (601)203-9326 and we will arrange an appointment with you at a nearby collection site. The individuals involved may have specimens collected at different sites.
The Specialty Lab Tests (Metametrix Labs) are not available online and must be collected at our Jackson office. If you desire any information on DOT drug tests or our Drug-Free Workplace Programs please CONTACT US and we will call or email you.
